September 14, 1962. Enrolment is compulsory—residents are therefore urged to ensure that their names are on the roll. Ratepayers are automatically entered on the Roll, but, in cases of joint ownership, the right to vote can only be exercised by the person first named oh the Valuation Roll. In particular, enrolments apply to residents: (a) Who have not previously applied. (b) who have taken residence in the County since the 1959 Local Body Elections and who have resided in the County for at least three months, (c) who have attained the age of 21 since the 1959 Local Body Elections.
