Pipers Lament

Eighteen Scottish pipers were yesterday reported to be disgruntled because, after playing tor General Eisenhower. they were sent home without the traditional dram of whisky.

According to the “People.” the pipers played for four hours during the former President's dinner at his Scottish home. Culzean Castle.

General Eisenhower gave the pipers a bundle of signed photographs of himself, but they tore them up.
