MODEL AERO TRIALS
World Titles Team (N.Z Press Association) OAMARU, August 13. Seventeen model aero club enthusiasts took part in South Island trials at Oamaru at the week-end to select a team to represent New Zealand at the world championships in Europe next year A second trial will be held in November. Conditions were difficult on Saturday, when a strong wind was encountered. One glider, owned by M. Stephen, of Christchurch, disappeared in a northeasterly direction.
