Many Players Injured (N.Z. Press Association) AVCKLANf). August 12. The English five-eighths. D Bolton, suffered a broken nose during the second Rugby League test against New Zealand at Carlaw Park on Saturday. He was only one of the many injured during the match The tourists’ full-back. G Round, received a broken thumb and a forward. B. MeTigue. had two stitches inserted in a cut on his eye which had been previously opened up in Australia. The centre. N. Fox. has a nasty cut over his eye and J Wilkinson had two stitches on the back of his neck due to a cut received from flying glass in the dressing room after the match when a window was broken R J Butterfield, a Kiwi forward, has a swolen left eye. and R C. Ackland, another Kiwi forward, had a tooth removed at half-time by the president of the New Zealand Rugby League, Dr L J. Cooney.
