(N Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON. August 11. Britain tonight ordered the deportation of the convicted Russian spy. Dr Robert Soblen. Dr. Soblen. facing life imprisonment in the United States, was taken off an Israeli El Al airliner after slashing his wrists while on the way to the United States British Government orders that El Al continue to fly Dr. Soblen to America—lsrael has no extradition treaty with the United States—have not been complied with. The deportation order said it was the Government's intention that Soblen be flown to the United States.
