OLYMPIC CLASS FLYING DUTCHMAN YACHTS, built in fibre glass by an Essex firm, are now being fitted with a low-stretch nylon rope as standard equipment. In addition to its low-stretch characteristics—approximately the same as natural fibre—the new rope is kink-free and has a pleasant easy-grip surface. It has all accepted advantages of synthetics.
