MAN GAOLED FOR INDECENCY

S.M. Recommends Deportation (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Aug. 6. Appearing for sentence on two' charges of committing an indecent act, James Eversden, aged 39, a cleaner, was imprisoned for four months by Mr R. D. Jamieson. S.M.. in the Magistrate's Court at Wellington today. The Magistrate added a recommendation that Evers, den be deoorted after serving his prison sentence. He observed that Eversden had already served six prison sentences in the United Kingdom before he arrived in New Zealand.
