Mr Campin. who brought Top Rank south, said his horse did not eat well before tlie Winter Cup. but his appetite had improved since he won the race A decision will be left until this morning, but Mr Campin said a start Would be “more than likely." Mr Campin refused a big four-figure offer for Top Rank last spring. Inquiries have been made for him again since his Winter Cup victory, and Mr Campin said he would sell for a high four-figure sum.
