Blast In Arctic (N 2, Press Assn.—Copyright i STOCKHOLM. August 5. The Seismological Institute at Uppsala. Sweden, this morning registered what is believed was a nuclear explosion in the vicinity of Novaya Zemlya, the Russian testing ground.
