SALARIES If y OU were accepted into the Company at 22 yean of aye, your starting salary would be £865 p.e. and, depending on your progress, could be increesed to £llOO p.a. within three years. (Many of our young men here reached manageriel positions in under two yeers, but the average is three year). Salaries are reviewed every six months during the first two years as Manager, and so you could rise to £l4OO in two years, depending on results. With experience and ability, you can rise to a salary of £2500 and above. Two thousand five hundred pounds p.e. is not the ceiling in Woolworths salary plan, and salaries in excess of this are paid in many branches of Woolworfhs business. TRAINING Woolworths Training Programme is a fully-planned course of instruction, and covers all aspects of retail trading. All development of Woolworths Trainees is done under the supervision of the Branch Manager and top execuitive, and the emphasis is on practical experience.
