Drainage Board's Representatives
Until a meeting called to discuss a two-tier system of regional control of local government had been held, little could be achieved in determining what the boards attitude should be. a special committee reported to the Christchurch Drainage Board. The board agreed that the chairman <Mr F. R. Price) and the chairman of the construction committee (Mr R. C. Neville) should represent the board at the conference on August 6.
