NO GLASS BROKEN.—One half of a 70ft by 22ft glasshouse was moved from a property at 83 Retreat road, Avonside, to Prebbleton yesterday without breaking a pane of glass. A 20ft by 12ft glasshouse was moved last week and the other half of the larger one on Monday. No glass has been broken in either of them. The journey took about two hours. On the open road the trucks travelled about 20 miles an hour.
