Mrs Joyce McNally’s Appointment

A former Christchurch woman, Mrs Joyce McNally, has been appointed social editor of the “Centralian Advocate,” Alice Springs. Her husband, Mr Ward McNally. is managing editor of the newspaper. Before her marriage, Mrs McNally was Miss Joyce Hall, of Shirley, and was one of the first girls to enlist in the W.R.N.S.

In the 12 years she has lived in Australia, Mrs McNally has been closely associated with the administrative side of newspaper production.

Mr and Mrs McNally have four children aged 11, eight, five and four years.
