Commonwealth Society.— New children's garments have been made by members of the Royal Commonwealth Society women’s group for needy children in Ceylon Mrs H E Goggin presided at a recent meeting held at Elizabeth House, and welcomed Mrs G Leahy as a new member, and Mesdames W Ripley (Dunedin) and T J Schouler (Southland).
