A statutory body set up under the Tariff and Development Act, the new board has replaced the Board of Trade. It» members are: Messrs C. S. Hogg (chairman), J. P. D. Johnsen and K. B. O’Brien, all of Wellington, C. G. Trotter, Hawera, J. S. Robbie, Invercargill, and B. E. Rudman, Auckland. The secretary is Mr N. V. Farrant. Wellington.
