Cyclists Injured In Collisions
A 13-year-old cyclist was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital yesterday after she had been involved in a collision with a car in Kellys road, Mairehau. shortly after 10.30 a.m. The cyclist is Sandra Joan Brown, of 96 McFaddens road. Her condition last evening was satisfactory. Another cyclist. Jack Church, of 22A Attlee crescent, was treated for head injuries and sent home after he had been involved in a collision with a car at the intersection of Fitzgerald and Moorhouse avenues about 12.30 p.m. Mrs Elizabeth Van Hoye. ol 76 Barbour street, was treated for leg injuries and sent home after her cycle had been involved in a collision with a van about 2.15 p.m. The accident occurred at the intersection of Ferry road and Phillips street.
