Man Sentenced To Six Years’ Gaol

(N.Z. Pres# Association) AUCKLAND, July 4. Regret at the "enormity” of the offences was expressed by counsel, Mr S. C. Ennor. on behalf of Kenneth Keith Metcalfe, aged 66, a retired cabinetmaker, who was sentenced to six years’ gaol at Auckland today on four charges of unnatural offences against two of his sons. Mr Justice Woodhouse said that for a long period Metcalfe had corrupted qnd debauched his young sons. There was stark evidence of what he had done.
