DRUIDS AT STONEHENGE.—White-robed Druids, carrying banners, walk through the ancient stones during their intricate ceremonies at Stonehenge, Wiltshire. The Ministry of Works, which has had Stonehenge in its care since 1918 and repairs the stones when necessary, considers that the Celtic priests of 2000 years ago were purely sun-worshippers. Stonehenge consists of two outer concentric circles of stones with a double horse-shoe of stones in the middle.
