Margins For Skill
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. June 22. Recent Arbitration Court decisions indicated wider recognition of margins for skill, the Acting-Minister of Labour (Mr Seath) told Parliament. A grade motor mechanics tfere among tradesmen now getting higher rates for their skill, he said. He was answering a question from Mr •A. J. Faulkner (Opposition, Roskin) who asked when th? Government, was going to examine margins for skill which it had said it would do in its manifesto.
