N.Z. Meat Sales In Sydney
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, June 23 Meat from New Zealand is being marketed in Sydney at prices competitive with Australian beef. The first of what may be regular shipments arrived by air from New Zealand this week, after the success of a trial shipment under refrigeration. A spokesman for the New Zealand Trade Commission said in Sydney today that the meat could be sold here at competitive prices, because of the lower cost of producing beef in New Zealand.
