Warning To Cyclists
* Bicycles without Lights were causing concern to the traffic department of the Christchurch City Council, the superintendent (Mr J. F Thomas) said yesterday.
Offenders were Deme early in the mornings xs well as in the evening die said. ♦- He appealed to all cyclists Jo make sure they had lights on their machines. Bicycles must have a white front light and red rear light both visible in normal conditions at 30Oft.
