At the annual meeting of the Belfast Women’s Bowling Club the following officers were elected:—
Patron, Mrs J. Robb: president. Mrs A. Cassidy; past president, Mrs J. Burness; vicepresident. Mrs A. Giles: junior vice-president, Mrs E. Thurlow; secretary. Mrs C. Deavoll; treasurer, Mrs A. Stead; selector. Mrs A. Giles: match committee. Mrs M. Kilpatrick and Mrs A. Cassidy; delegate to centre. Mrs C. Deavoll; committee. Mesdames F. Stevens. E. Cassidy, I. Hendry, and E. Macdougall. Competition winners for the last season were:— Singles: Mrs C. Deavoll; run-ner-up: Mrs N. Hayes. Pairs: Mrs F. Stevens, Miss M. Sisson: runners-up Mesdames E. Cassidy, I. Craw’. Rinks: Mesdames M. Feilding, E. Cassidy, M. Kilpatrick, E. Macdougall. First year player: Mrs E. Thurlow. Robb trophy: Mrs A. Cassidy.
