[ The Railways Department I need no longer publish [special freight concessions or agreements with customers, in 'terms of a Government Rail* [ways Amendment Bill, intro[duced into Parliament today. A further clause embodies a recent Court of Appeal ruling that liability for damage on Railways Department employees shall be no greater than the extent to which the department itself lis Liable, representing an effort to pro'.ect employees from being sued individually for their share of liability for damage.
