Downes-Robinson Bout In September
(N.Z P.A -Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, June 12 The British middleweight boxing champion, T. Downes, will meet Sugar Ray Robinson in a 10-round contest at Wembley on September 25. The Downes-Robinson contest was originally scheduled for June 26, but it was postponed when Downes broke his right hand when beating the American, D. Fullmer, last month.
