“Doors Should Be Locked”
Drivers who left valuables on car seats were asking for trouble. Detective-Inspector C G. Urquhart said yesterday. •‘lt is a temptation to the criminally-minded.” he said
He said there was a spate of thefts from cars in the city. This week a £35 camera, two radios, a sleep-ing-bag. and hub caps had been taken from cars. Motorists should lock valuables in glove boxes and lock car doors he said.
