U.S. Tax Cut Rumoured

President Kennedy may say tomorrow whether he will ask Congress for an immedidate cut in income taxes as a spur to the economy, United Press International reported. Wall Street stock prices climbed in early trading on rumours that a tax cut might come this year. But there was no Administration an* nouncement to substantiate the reports.
