Fault Forces Landing

(N Z.P.A.-Rtuter—Copyright I BANGKOK. June 1. A Dakota plane carrying the Australian and American Ambassadors made an emergency landing at Khorat airport, central Thailand, because of radio equipment trouble today. It was travelling to Übol to inspect the Australian Air Force squadron. In the plane were the American Ambassador (Mr Kenneth Young), the Australian Ambassador (Mr Malcolm R. Booker), and the South-East Asia Treaty Organisation Secretary (Mr Pote Saras in).
