BOMB EXPLOSION IN ALGIERS.—Moslems help firemen fighting a fire caused by a booby-trap in a car in Jules Ferry street, near the lower Casbah. Several persons were killed and about 15 wounded, including Moslems and Europeans. Firemen kept the fire from spreading, and a cordon of troops surrounded the area.
