May, 22 The Minister of Labour (Mr Shand), who was Minister of Civil Aviation in the previous National Government. made his first visit to the Auckland international airport at Mangere yesterday and left impressed “I take my hat off to ’.he Ministry of Works for the speed with which it has got the job through." he said "Anybody who suggests there has been any dragging of the feet obviously hasn’t much idea of what is involved." he said
