Officers Elected

Mr R. E. Hiatt and Mr W. N. Dunlop were re-elected chairman and vice-chairman of the meat and wool section of North Canterbury Federated Farmers at the section’s annual conference yesterday. Messrs Hiatt, Dunlop. J. S. Barker and D. J. McGrath were appointed delegates to the Dominion conference of the meat and wool section. Messrs Hiatt, Dunlop P D Bush, and T. J. Maxwell were appointed delegates to the provincial conference of Federated Fanners.

Mr Hiatt was appointed a delegate to the council of the meat and wool section, and he and Mr Dunlop were appointed to the executive of the provincial council of Federated Farmers.
