7020 GOVERNMENT OF FIJI CIVIL ENGINEERING DRAUGHTSMEN APPLICATIONS are invited for the vacant post of Civil Engineering Draughtsmen. Candidates should have had at least 10 years years experience in the design, preparation of working drawings, bills of quantities and specifications for high grade road*works having an asphaltic concrete surface. Practical experience in surveying and the use of survey instruments will be an advantage. SALARY: Experience and qualifications will decide the successful candidate’s point of entry in the incremental scale £(F) 1120 to £(F)1750. (£(N.Z.) 100 equals £(F) 110). The appointments will be on contract for a period of 2 years in the first instance and a gratuity equal to 15% of the salary earned, will be paid on successful completion of the Contract. Tourist Class passages for the officer, his wife and family to and from the Colony will be provided and overseas leave at the rate of 4 days per calendar month of resident service will be granted at the end of the Contract.
