(N 2.P .A.-Reuter —Copyright) PARIS, April 17. The West German Foreign Minister (Dr. Gerhard Schroeder) said in Paris yesterday he regretted "if in any place indiscretion has been committed” by the premature disclosure of a new United States plan on Berlin.
