More Power To Maltese P.M.
(N.Z .P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, April 17. A new constitutional agreement transferring more powers to the Prime Minister of Malta was announced in the House of Commons yesterday. The Colonial Secretary (Mr Maudling) said it had been agreed that control of police should be transferred from the Governor to Maltese Ministers.
