NEW COMMONWEALTH INSTITUTE IN LONDON.—The main hall of the buildings which are being erected in Kensington High street on the southern boundary of Holland Park. The institute will house a permanent exhibition of the history, culture, and products of all Commonwealth countries, as well as administrative offices, an art gallery, a cinema, and other educational facilities.
