Neutral Plan Reported
tN.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) GENEVA. April 12.
The eight neutral countries at the Geneva disarmament conference are reported to have worked out a joint scheme for breaking the EastWest deadlock over a nuclear test ban.
The neutral delegations are said to be only waiting for the approval of their countries before putting the scheme before the conference, probably the end of this week or early next week, the British United Press said.
