New Factoring Company
The Bank of New South Wales is one of three subscribers to a new factoring company—ln ternational Factors <Australia 1 Pty. Ltd. The ne\y company has been formed with a nominal capital of £250,000. Initial capital has been subscribed by the Bank of New South Wales, Tozer Kemsley and Milbourn (A'asia) Pty... Ltd., and International Factors, Ltd., London.
The capital of International Factors. Ltd., London is held by Tozer Kemsley and Millbourn (Holdings) Ltd.. London, the First National Bank of Boston. Boston, U.S.A., and M. Samuel and Company. Ltd., merchant bankers of London.
The company says it will introduce to Australia a new type of complete and comprehensive factoring service now extensively used in the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. It will also provide assistance for Australian manufacturers and exporters with finance, purchase of debts, credit risk, collection, accounting and marketing advice.
