Table Tennis CRITICISM OF DRESS
High er Standard Wanted The executive of the Canterbury Table Tennis Association will this season take positive steps to ensure that the players, especially the higher grades, adopt a reasonable standard of dress for play. This was decided at last evening's annual meeting of the association. Mr E. H. D. Vince a member of the executive, told the meeting that in one instance last season he had witnessed a member of a.i A grade team playing in oil-stained trousers "with the seat out of them." This was not an isolated instance, said Mr Vince. Other delegates supported Mr Vince's remarks Officers elected were:—
