The third series of bombing and landing competitions held at Harewood during the week-end by members of the Canterbury Aero Club resulted:—
Senior Bombing. W Waltho, 87 points, 1; G Davidson, 78. 2; J. Olds, 77. 3. Senior Landings.—J. Olds. 95. 1; V. Grewulis, 90, 2- E Boyce, 88, 3.
Junior Bombing. —w Maugher, 75, 1; B. Rvan, 72 2: W. West, 66. 3. Junior Landings.—W West. 91, 1; E Meredith, 87, 2; B Ryan, 85, 3.
Studying Local Government
(NX. Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 27. The first group of Colombo; Plan students to study municipal government in New Zealand have now begun their three-month course. One is attached to the Onehunga Borough Council. The others are studying in Rotorua, Tauranga and Wanganui. All are from Sarawak.
