£40 A Test Match
Australian Rugby League players will receive £4O for playing in each test against the touring English team this season. This was decided at toe annual meeting of the Australian Board of Control recently. Previously players received £3O a match., Reserves for test teams will receive an increase from £7 10s to £l2 10s, referees from £22 10s to £25 and touch judges from £6 10s to £7 10s.
