Table Tennis AUSTRALIAN TOUR

N.Z. Team’s Itinerary WELLINGTON, March 19. Two tests are included in the New Zealand two-man table tennis team's tour of Australia this year. The tour itinerary, which was approved at tonight’s meeting of the New Zealand Table Tennis Association’s executive, lists 13 contests in a three weeks’ tour, plus the appearance of the New Zealanders in the City of Melbourne championships. and in the New South Wales championships. The first test is to be played at Melbourne on July 5, and the other at Sydney on July 13. The New Zealand team will i leave Auckland on June 30 and return to New Zealand on July 21. The team is likely to be announced early in June. The Itinerary is:— July 1, play in City of Melbourne championships; July 2, v. Wonthaggi; July 3. v. Moe; July 4, v. Geelong; July 5. v. Australia (first test), at Melbourne; July 6. v. Mt. Evelyn; July 9. v. Canberra; July 10, v. Gunning; July 11. v. Goulburn; July 12. v. Mittagong; July 13, v. Australia (second test), at Sydney; July 14, v. N.S.W.: July 16. v. N.S.W. public service; July 17, v. Newcastle; July 19, play In N.S.W. championships; July 20. play in N.S.W. championships.
