Riccarton Road Crossing
The special pedestrian phase in the traffic control lights at the Riccarton roadClarence street intersection would be eliminated tomorrow. the Riccarton Borough Council decided last evening.
From 2 p.m. tomorrow pedestrians will be allowed to proceed with the flow of traffic at that intersection,
