FAST TIME.—A. Steel beating D. Mackenzie in the men’s senior 220yds sprint at English Park yesterday, during the Canterbury Amateur Sports Federation’s Olympic Day. J. Geoghegan was third. Steel’s time was 21.6 sec. The three men are all from the University club.
