TV Talks Delayed

Press Assn.—Copyright) WASHINGTON, March 8 The planned exchange of television speeches by President Kennedy and Mr Khrushchev had been postponed until at least later this year because of the lack of the "right atmosphere,” the White House spokesman, Mr Pierre Baling?-, said last night The programme was scheduled for March 25.
