runner, who broke the world 880yds record when running second to Miss Dixie Willis at Perth last Saturday, arrived in Auckland tonight Miss Chamberlain will run in the 889yds at the national championships at Eden Park on Saturday, but doubted whether conditions would be suitable for record-breaking
Her ambition is to break two minutes for the half-mile.
