CHILD DIES ON FARM
Drank Sheep Dip (N Z. Press Association) BLENHEIM, March 5. A young child died on a south Marlborough farm on Saturday afternoon after inadvertently drinking sheep dip. He was Kenneth George Kirdy, aged three, son of Mr and Mrs R. Kirdy, of Ngaio Downs, Kekerengu. The child is believed to have drunk water through a tap nozzle which had earlier been used on a sheep-spray-ing apparatus.
