Up And Coming Not Starting

The top-weight. Up and Coming, will not start in the Railway Handicap at Trentharj on Saturday. His owner, Mr N. Simpson, said yesterday it might be asking a bit much of the horse at this stage of another preparation. The sraablemetes. Gauntlet and Old Salt are to leave Patumahoe tomorrow for New Plymouth, where they are engaged on the first day of the Taraneki Jockey Club's autumn meeting on Wednesday. Gauntlet is in the Cattex Gold Cup. the first leg of the TAB. double and Old Salt is in the second leg. Both torses will be ridden by A. G. Walsh.
