NEW FOOD PROCESS

A sample of beef mince which was dehydrated by the new accelerated freeze drying process at the freezing works of the Alliance Freezing Company (Southland! Ltd., on Monday arrived by air in Christchurch on Tuesday and was reconstituted and cooked in the kitchen of a Christchurch home
