WOMAN KILLED IN COLLISION

Contractor For Sentence

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. Feb. 14.

Derrick George Booth, aged 22. an agricultural contractor, was found guilty in the Supreme Court at Auckland today of negligent driving causing the death of Jeanette Elvina Glenice Sunde Mr Justice Turner remanded him for sentence.

The charge was a sequel to an accident at the intersection of the New North road end Richardson road early on the morning of October 15 last

Constable lan Taylor Clark, of the Newton police, said he interviewed the accused after the accident. Booth told him that when he reached Richardson road the lights were green and he started to make a right-hand turn. The first that he knew of there being another car in the intersection was the crash.
