Driver Not Guilty Of Negligence

Feb 14 After a retirement of almost two hours, a jury in the Supreme Court at Invercargill today found Terence Stuart Rask, aged 18. a farmer. of Mokptua. not guilty on two charges of negligent driving causing death The charges arose from an accident in Invercargill in which Jennifer Marlene Humphries, aged 15, and Trevor Charles Watson, aged 18, were fatally injure®.
