Music Fellowship To Teacher

Mr P, W, Minehan, of Christchurch, has been advised that he has been awarded a fellowship of the Trinity College of Music. London.

Mr Minehan dame to Christchurch in 1954 to study music at the University of Canterbury. He gained his A.T.C.L. performers’ diploma in pianoforte playing in that year and in 1957 he completed his L.TC.L Since then Mr Minehan has been successful in passing L.Mus.T.C L He won the Almo String Quartet prise for harmony and hopes to complete his bachelor of musie degree this year. He also holds the LJt.S.M diploma.

Mr Minehan is on the staff of Christchurch West High School.
